The following words and phrases carry specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions:

• Example 2: Deposit ৳32,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳47,000.

A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period, and wagering requirements must be met within the specified time.

• Gold — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on regular gaming activity and engagement on the platform.

6.1 General Gaming Conditions

All games on acv365 are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface.

• If a session is interrupted due to a technical error during a game, the result of the last confirmed game round will be considered valid.
• acv365 reserves the right to reject any winnings claim arising from a software error or system failure.
• The use of any automation software, bots, or cheating tools in betting activity is prohibited.
• The rules set by game providers (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) are also covered under these terms.

6.2 Betting Conditions

acv365 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
